We have had reports of recent groundings on the River Trent on the approach to both Hazelford Lock and Stoke Lock. We believe that this is due to silt deposit building up, combined with the current low water levels. This has resulted in boats with a deep draught becoming grounded. Dredging will be undertaken to improve this situation as soon as the water levels return to normal. We will update this Notice as soon as we have further information. Description
