North Yorkshire Council have informed us that works are to be carried out on the Selby Road Bridge and will commence on the Wednesday 11th February and are hoping the works will be completed by Saturday 14th February. We will update the notice on the Monday 16th February with an update on the status of completion of the works.

North Yorkshire County Council have advised that the Selby bypass Bridge is still unfortunately unable to swing. It is still needing further repairs. For details of available headroom skippers should contact the bridge operator on 01757 703692 before planning passage. We will update this notice when we have information from the council.

We have been advised by North Yorkshire County Council that the Selby Bypass Swingbridge is not able to swing due to mechanical issues. Any vessel not requiring a swing can pass. For details of available headroom skippers should contact the bridge operator on 01757 703692 before planning passage. Contractors will be bringing parts and undertaking test swings on March 1st. North Yorkshire County Council will update us once the repairs are completed.
