Please be advised Chester New Customer Service Facilities on the Shropshire Union Canal remains closed due to Anti Social Behaviour and remains under review until further notice.
The nearest facilities is Tower Wharf Services on the towpath side next to lock 1, located 100metres from Chester New Services. These services have a water point, elsan, pump out and toilets.
