You don't have to get out there and run a marathon. Just try to do what feels right for you. Even a gentle stroll can boost your mood.
 

How can you get active by your local canal?

  • Ditch the car and use the towpath to get to the shops or work.
  • Strengthen your body with some interval training on the towpath.
  • Get a different view of the canal by kayaking or paddleboarding.
