Wharfdale Park

Development of Wharfdale park

The proposed development at Wharfdale Park, off Wharfdale Road Tyseley, will provide high specification build-to-suit warehouse and manufacturing units ranging in size from 20,000 sq. ft. to a maximum of 150,000 sq. ft. available on a leasehold basis.

We have demonstrated confidence in the market by bringing forward the Wharfdale Park development, located in the Tyseley Environmental Enterprise District, one of six economic zones in the city. The investment will create many new jobs, improve the environment and benefit local residents with improved noise control and traffic management measures.

Demolition to clear the Wharfdale Park site, which has outline planning consent, began in July 2015 and the first new tenant has been signed up for a 15,000sq.ft. Trade Counter unit to be delivered in 2016. Prospective occupiers of Wharfdale Park may be eligible for grant assistance and Birmingham City Council will provide guidance on funding availability and eligibility criteria.

Harris Lamb and Colliers International have been appointed agents.
