Our boat licence, compliance and enforcement team are here to help boat owners get and keep a boat licence. Find out how to contact our team if you're having problems licensing your boat.

Our team supports our boating customers with difficulties getting a boat licence, continuous cruising and extended stays for short-term illness or boat breakdowns. Our welfare team are also available to help support vulnerable boaters.

The fastest way to contact our team for assistance with licensing is by e-mail. Our team will call you back if they need to speak with you.

If your case is already with a case management officer, please e-mail the team. The team will get in touch if they need to speak with you.

If your boat has broken down, you are ill, or something else has happened outside of your control to prevent you from moving promptly, and you want to request an extended stay, please complete our form at the bottom of the page. Select 'Make a request to extend your stay' from the drop-down list.
