We love and care for your canals and rivers, because everyone deserves a place to escape.
We’ve had a wonderful year celebrating Milton Keynes 50th birthday, with 50 events along the Grand Union Canal!
You can find out here about some of the things we’ve been up to:
Milton Keynes Illuminated Boat FestivalJennifer Reid’s Gongoozler residency, funded by the Arts Council
Just because the birthday celebrations have come to an end, doesn’t mean your enjoyment of using the canals in Milton Keynes does, you’ll be amazed at what our waterways have to offer everyone of all ages.
Whether you’re looking to get active with our cycling and walking routes, try your hand at one of our angling or canoeing activity days, get involved with one of our canal clear-up days or just chill out and feed the ducks at one of the canal festivals – every community along the 15 mile stretch between Soulbury and Cosgrove is invited to join in.
