Hosting an event on our canals or rivers is a wonderful way to bring people together, celebrate the outdoors, and enjoy our beautiful waterways. We’re here to make the process as simple and smooth as possible.

Before you send in your application, please take a moment to go through a few key checks. These help us make sure your event is safe, well‑organised, and suitable for your chosen location.

When to Apply

Please submit your application at least 3 months before your event. 

If you apply with less than 4 weeks’ notice, we may not be able to approve it, and late fees may apply.
