A boat gathering, organised by Gardner Engine Forum, is planned for Friday 19 to Sunday 21 September on the Caldon Canal.
The boats would be moored between the junction with the Trent and Mersey Canal and Bedford Street Lock, 1 (from the end of the customer service facilities to the end of the lock landing mooring at Bedford Staircase on the Caldon Canal).
Around 1500 people are expected over the three days and the event will run from 10.00am on the Friday to 4pm on the Sunday.
There will be reserved moorings in place from 18 September, 12 noon, to 22 September, 12 noon.
