We are pleased to confirm that water levels have now increased, and the river lock is open as normal. Thank you for your patience and cooperation while the lock remained closed.

Due to low water levels, the river lock will remain closed to allow it to recover after being left open. We will provide an update to this notice on Friday 29th August, when water levels are expected to have improved.
