Further to our previous notice, Conditions are now such that the bridge would not operate at 07:00 hrs on 11.07.25. Unfortunately all customers should expect delays of unknown duration at Sharpness due to the temperature.
Vessels are welcome to wait on the Trust's layby berth at the Port where helpful, but space is limited. We will attempt to open the bridge at 06:30 tomorrow morning (Saturday 11-07-25), and on Monday (14-07-25) at the same time. If tomorrow's attempt proves successful, we have arranged for an interim attempt at 06:30 on Sunday (13-07-25). Please contact the Pierhead to book or confirm arrangements. Our Team, will do all they can to assist.
