Please be advised that the towpath will be closed at Bridge 109A (Whieldon Road Towpath Bridge) to allow for essential maintenance works.
We will be replacing deteriorated timber decking and secondary longitudinal beams on the bridge from Monday 21st July to Friday 15th August. A signed diversion route will be in place for the duration of the works.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your cooperation while these important repairs are carried out.
