Our canals and rivers are great places to go for a run, ride, walk or paddle. However, there are so many more ways to get active down by the water.
We've created a series of short videos to show you how to spice up your exercise regime by the canal.
While you're exercising please remember that all Government guidelines should be followed. This includes social distancing and regular handwashing, especially before and after using any facility or structure.
