Tamworth to Polesworth

Enjoy a cycle ride along the Coventry Canal in Warwickshire.

Distance: five miles one way/ten miles return

This route is suitable for children.

Join the Coventry Canal at either Fazeley, Kettlebrook Road, Glascote Locks, Glascote Road or Amington Road.

Continue along the canal until you arrive at Alvecote Marina. 

As you leave Alvecote you will go under bridge. Either stay on the canal or bear left and join the cycle path that takes you through the lovely Pooley Park Nature reserve, there are lots of different routes through here.
