Along with developing our own portfolio, our Property Development team identify and procure new opportunities for future development and investment.
What we are looking for:
- cleared or occupied sites or premises adjacent to our waterways
- sites with no existing planning consent, although we would discuss any opportunities with our joint ventures in case there is a direct development angle
- sites affected by contamination or environmental issues would be considered
- short-term income, or at least a mechanism to mitigate any holding costs will be particularly attractive
- previous acquisitions include multi-let industrial estates, offices, retail accommodation and green field sites
We deliver the majority of our developments alongside our joint venture partners.
