You should ensure that you and your agents have adequate insurance against damage and possible failure of construction which impact on our property, our navigation and on public safety.
You are responsible for the actions and performance of all of your advisors and contractors.
Levels of insurance will be specific to the risks attached to the proposal and we can advise you of the level of risk relating to our interests that we believe should be covered.
