We begin with a guided walking meditation around the lake or along the canal to practice slowing down, taking peaceful steps, & flowing together like a river.
We then find a quiet spot to sit down in the park & practice mindful colouring of the crystallography of local water bodies while enjoying the present moment & nature sounds around us.
To close there’s an opportunity for a short sharing of our inner or outer experiences as we practised mindfulness of movement and creativity, as well as any reflections or imaginative interpretations of the water art patterns.
