As you walk along the banks of the Severn in Worcester, you will hear about how it became famous worldwide through its trade in gloves, porcelain and a sauce that was accidentally created. By the end of the tour you will understand why the Severn was 'locked' in the 1840's by weirs, which led to the 'Unlocking the Severn' project.
