Description
Third-party contractors are installing Heras fencing along the back of the towpath between Bridge 41 (Tachbrook Road) and Bridge 40 (Clemens Street), Leamington Spa, to facilitate development works. The towpath will remain open, although the Heras fencing will slightly encroach on its width. Banksmen and signage will be in place to manage operations and control pedestrian traffic. Additional signage will also be installed. The canal will remain open as usual.
