Please be advised third-party contractors will be onsite at Bridge 77a on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal to carry out a survey. This is to allow them to develop a schedule of works for undertaking essential repairs later in the year. All loose concrete will be removed as part of the inspection
Whilst both the towpath and navigation will remain open, customers may be asked to wait no longer than 30 minutes to allow the third-party contractors make way for a safe passage.
We politely request all customers to approach the area with caution and listen to any advice that may be given by the third-party contractors on site.
