Please be advised, the moorings at Minshull Lock, Lock 3 on the Middlewich Branch of the Shropshire Union Canal continue to be out of use due to works needing to be undertaken along the embankment.
Due to the many draws on Trust resources it maybe sometime before we are able to rectify.
Until we are able to undertake rectification, our local Asset Inspector will be monitoring the site via our cyclical inspection processes.
A further update will be provided once a method of repair has been sorted.

Please be advised, for further clarification regarding the waiting moorings at Minshull Lock, Lock 3 on the Middlewich branch of the Shropshire Union Canal, the issue is relating to the landing below the lock which is preventing safe mooring when waiting at the lock.
