A third party is constructing a new road bridge to the north of Yorks Bridge, Pelsall Common, Walsall.

Due to technical issues with the structural piles and adverse weather conditions, their programme has been delayed, and they will not meet their previously agreed dates for the beam installation and canal closure.

Their new closure dates are from 10 March 2025 through to 16 March 2025.

Description

A stoppage is required to safely install a new bridge deck along with enabling works which will block the navigation during the works due to Health & Safety reasons.
