Further to the notice below, we are pleased to advise that water levels have recovered sufficiently to allow navigation to resume.

Customers can help maintain water levels by sharing the locks with other craft and ensuring all ground paddles (top gates) are fully closed when leaving the locks.

Further to the notice below, please be advised that water levels at the Summit Pound (Lock 51, Wootton Rivers to Lock 60, Crofton Lock) still remain low.

We have therefore made the unfortunate decision to remain closed until water levels have fully recovered.

We will update this notice at 10:00 hrs on Wednesday 24th August.

Please be advised that due to a pump failure on Saturday evening we have made the unfortunate decision to close the Summit pound to navigation.

This is a temporary notice until we are satisfied that water levels have recovered for safe navigation.

This message will be updated by 10:00 hours on Tuesday morning the 23rd of August.
