Further to the notice below, we are pleased to confirm that the lock 14 Bradford on Avon Lock has now been repaired and is fully operational.

Further to the original message below, please be advised that the lock will be closed to navigation outside of the manned times 10.00 to 14.00 hours
A team will be onsite Monday morning working on a repair strategy.

Please be advised that the tow path side bottom gate at Bradford On Avon lock has sustained damage.
The mortis on the balance beam has come away from the headpost. This means we have had to place restrictions on the lock whilst our engineer's work up a repair strategy.
The lock will be manned by our staff from 1000 hours to 1400 hours tomorrow Sunday the 3rd, and Monday the 4th 1000 to 1400 hours subject to engineers survey.
We apologies for the inconvenience this will cause to our boating customers and will endeavor to repair as quickly as we can.
