We are pleased to welcome the dragon boat event, organised by Race the Dragon Ltd, this will take place on Saturday 19 July, between 07:00 and 17:30.
The event will be held on a section of the Weaver Navigation, located outside the Odeon Cinema near Town Swing Bridge. Navigation through this section will be restricted between 07:00 and 17:30 on Saturday 19 July while the dragon boat is the water .
Mooring restrictions will be in place from 08:00 on Friday 18 July until 09:00 on Monday 21 July. Approximately 170 participants are expected to take part in the dragon boat races, and thousands of visitors are anticipated for the wider festival.
We kindly ask all customers proceed with care and caution when navigating through the event area, and follow instructions from event organisers, and to observe all signage.
