Contractors attended site but were unable to carry out the repairs as more work is needed. The chamber is to be emptied and cleaned before works can commence. Our Operational Property team are currently organising for this to be carried out. We understand that this is frustrating for our customers, we are collaborating with the contractors for the work to be completed as soon as possible. We will update the notice when further updates are received on the progress of the repairs to the pumpout.
Update 28 July 2025, 11:27am
Contractors are to attend the site tomorrow with the sourced parts to carry out a full repair to the sub pump. We will update the notice once the pumpout is repaired and operational.

We have received confirmation from the contractor that the required parts have now been sourced and have arrived. They are now in the process if arranging a date and time to attend site and carry out a full repair to the sub pump.
This notice will be updated as soon as we receive more information.
