National Grid will be completing the project to remove cables across the canal at two locations and replace them with new on a slightly altered route. The location of the works will be 400m downstream and 150m upstream from the towpath access point at Skew Bridge 19, High Street, Yelvertoft. This work will be completed between 9th and 13th June between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
There may be delays of up to 20 minutes to allow for cables to be removed from the towpath and above the canal.
Please approach with care and follow the advice of contractors on site.
