A walking event, organised by Llangollen Round Association, is planned for Saturday 31 May on the Llangollen Canal. The route would use a section of the towpath between Whitehouse Bridge, 26W, and Chirk Tunnel.
Around 400 people are expected to take part and the event runs from 7am to 10am.
