Update 01/05/2025 09:55
Following a review of the project and by working closely with the Third Party, the wall repairs will be undertaken as a restriction from the 3 April 2025. The navigational width will be restricted to 3.50m due to a pontoon being in the navigation. These works will last for 7 weeks meaning the navigation will be fully open on the 23 May 2025. Alongside this, for a period of a week, starting from the 1 April we will have contractors working on the opposite side of the navigation. There will be a crane boat and barge moored up, so we ask customers to please approach with caution and expect delays of up to 30 minutes whilst we make the site safe for passage through. We will continue to work closely with the third party to make every effort to reduce this restriction period where we can and will update further if the timescale for the work reduces.
