There has been an extension to the below works on Railway Bridge 37. The contractors have now confirmed the works will be on-going until 12th May.

The encapsulated scaffolding will still be installed at the level of the bridge, so no obstruction to boats or pedestrians is anticipated. However, short delays may be incurred during the erection/dismantling of the scaffolding.

Description

Contractors (Centregreat) will be working on behalf of Great Central Railway will be carrying out repair and refurbishment works to the disused railway Bridge 37.

AN encapsulated scaffolding will be installed at the level of the bridge, so no obstruction to pedestrians or boats is anticipated, however short delays may be incurred during the erection/dismantling of the scaffolding.
