We have published our gender pay gap statement
We have published its latest Gender Pay Gap Statement. The document, available to view on our website, shows that on average women are paid 3.9% more than men at the Trust.
Richard Parry, our chief executive, said: "The Trust is committed to gender equality across all aspects of our employment, including pay. I am pleased to present our pay information in a transparent and accessible way."
The Trust’s Gender pay Gap Statement shows the gender pay gap and bonus gap at the Trust at the “snapshot date” - i.e. 6 April 2019 (pay) and in the 12 months reference period to 6 April 2019 (bonus).
