Volunteers spruce up canal in Birmingham
Volunteers working for international consultancy and construction company Mace, have spent a day helping to spruce up the canal in central Birmingham.

Working with us, the volunteers helped to paint over graffiti daubed underneath bridges and gave a new lick of paint to metal fences along the canal.
Steve Lambert, from the Trust, said: “The volunteers from Mace always work really hard and this latest outing was no exception. Keeping our canals neat and tidy is a big job and our volunteers make a massive difference to the waterways, I want to just thank them for a job well done.”
