This week, 20 boats, weighing up to 35 tonnes, are being craned into Crick Marina, near Daventry in Northamptonshire, as part of preparations for the 16th Crick Boat Show & Waterways Festival, 23-25 May 2015.

The Crick Boat Show & Waterways Festival, which takes place at Crick Marina, near Daventry in Northamptonshire, showcases the inland waterways industry, with over 250 exhibitors from across the canal world, and is expected to attract 25,000 people over the three show days.
The annual event is organised by Waterways World magazine in partnership with the Canal & River Trust and Crick Marina.
Peter Johns, Publisher of Waterways World & Show Director, says: “We are looking forward to welcoming people to our 2015 event. Crick Boat Show is the number one boat show at the heart of the waterway network. Whether people are boating enthusiasts, looking to buy boating products and services, or just looking for a great family day out by the water, there’s lots to see and do at Crick Boat Show, set in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside, alongside the Grand Union Canal.”
