Lock keepers on duty

Our small army of volunteer lock keepers have the experience to make sure you get through the lock flight quickly and easily while conserving the water during your passage. They're on duty:

8am - 8pm in the summer

8am - 4pm in the winter

Lock opening times

Passages start at Lock 44 daily between:
1 April to 15 September	8am – 5pm	clear by 8pm
16 September to 30 September	8am – 4pm	clear by 7pm
1 October 2017 to 31 March 2018	8am – 1pm	clear by 4pm

Please note: no mooring between locks 44 and 29.

Caen Hill Marina at the bottom of the flight near Foxhangers, has a selection of boating facilities and services.
