We have two visitor moorings in Little Venice that can be booked in advance.

The Canal & River Trust offers two moorings in London which are bookable in advance. They are at Little Venice pool, where the Regent’s Canal meets the Paddington Arm, alongside Rembrandt Gardens, Warwick Avenue, London, W2.

Update for November 2016: There's to be filming in the Little Venice pool and the moorings will not be available from noon on 7 November to noon on 11 November.

Please see this map of the location.

The mooring to the north is only available to narrowboats. The mooring to the south is available to widebeams and narrowboats.

Changeover days are on Tuesdays and Fridays, the maximum stay is a week in any month. To ensure everyone has a chance, you are limited to 14 days within any 12 months period. Bookings are taken one calendar month in advance. For example, bookings for dates in March are taken from the first of February. Please be aware that boaters booking a week from the last Tuesday or Friday in a month will often find their booking extending into the following month.

Bookings are made via email to enquiries.london@canalrivertrust.org.uk.

When making a booking, please make sure your email includes:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • A contact telephone number
  • Your boat’s name
  • Your boat’s index number
  • The dimensions of your boat (length and width)

Your booking will be confirmed by email.

These moorings are free! By booking you agree to abide by the terms and conditions, a copy of which will be provided to you to confirm your booking and can be provided in advance on request.

If you aren’t able to keep your booking at Rembrandt Gardens, please could you let us know of your cancellation to allow other boaters to book the mooring.
