Please be advised the head gate remains sunk at Lock 24 West on the Huddersfield Narrow Canal. Whilst navigation is still possible, we advise all customers to enter and leave the lock with caution.
Our local team and engineers have scheduled a head gate repair as part of our Winter Works Programme.
Please note the operating times currently implemented between Lock 24 West and Lock 32 West and Lock 32 East and Lock 42 East which can be found here:

Please be advised this Lock is now closed due to an issue at Lock 30W on the Huddersfield Narrow Canal.
