Come and join us on a unique tour around the historic West India Docks Impounding Station!

The Docklands Impounding Station is a feat of early mid-century engineering, built in 1929, few people realise that its three working pumps are still in use today! Normally closed to the public, this is a rare opportunity to see the internal workings of the pumping station that plays a vital role in maintaining the water levels of West India Docks.
