We are pleased to advise our team have successfully removed the obstruction from Lock 27 West and navigation has resumed between Lock 26 West and Lock 28 West on the Huddersfield Narrow Canal.

Description
Please be advised navigation is currently closed from Lock 26 West to Lock 28 West on the Huddersfield Narrow Canal due to an obstruction at Lock 27 West which is making the lock inoperable.
Our team have been onsite today however we have been unable to remove the obstruction. We will be back onsite tomorrow morning to dewater the lock and an update will be provided tomorrow afternoon, Wednesday 20 September.
