Please be advised that third party contractors will be onsite at bridge 32B, Railway bridge on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal
The third party contractors are working on behalf of Network Railway and will be drilling weepholes into the wing walls and abutments of the railway structure that spans the canal. The works will carried out overnight to minimise any disruption to the canal or railway.
Whilst the navigation and towpath will remain open, we politely request all customers to approach the area with caution and be prepared to stop if necessary.
Please take note of the signage and to listen to any advice that may be given by the third party contractors onsite.
