Our contractors have been on site this morning and have successfully carried out the required repairs.
Beeston facilities are now open again as normal.

Our contractors attended site on Monday, but unfortunately due to further complications, they were unable to complete the job.
Further specialist equipment is now required, so they can continue to try and resolve this ongoing issue.
The earliest they can attend site with the equipment needed is Tuesday 20th December.
We sincerely apologise for the continued delays and the inconvenience this is causing our customers.
We are hoping to have the facilities fully operational by the end of the day on Tuesday and will update our website accordingly.
We appreciate our customers continue patience and understand the frustrations this is causing.

Due to further complications with the pipes and blockages, our contractors have not yet been able to resolve the issue with the facilities at Beeston.
They will be back on site on Monday morning with the specialist equipment they need and aim to have the site working again by the end of the day.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this is causing and appreciate your patience while we try to resolve this problem as quickly as possible.

Contractors attended site on Saturday to deal with the blockage, but the pipes to the pump out have now overheated.
We have raised a further urgent job with our specialist contractors and as soon as we have more information, we will update the website accordingly.
We apologise for the continued inconvenience.
