Please be advised our contractors are on route to remove the tree obstructing navigation at Bridge 84 on the Lancaster Canal.

The removal of the tree will take place this evening and navigation will resume in the morning.

Please be advised navigation is closed at Bridge 84 on the Lancaster Canal due to a windblown tree.

Contractors have been informed and we anticipate they will be on site this afternoon to remove the obstruction.

An update will be provided tomorrow morning.
