Description
A stoppage is required. Third Party Contractors, working on behalf of the Trust, require a closure of the navigation to enable the installation of the new cabling from the portal entrance up to 121m. Although the canal will not be dewatered, a pontoon will be utilised within the tunnel at the Marsden end to facilitate the works.
