We are pleased to advise that works on site have been completed ahead of schedule. The navigation and towpath are now open.
Please note that contractors will be on site for the remainder of the stoppage to reinstate the land where the site compound is presently located. The site compound is located on private land, so the continuation of the work will not restrict the use of the towpath or the navigation.
A stoppage is required to carry out a culvert replacement.
