Denford Village, Leek Branch, Caldon Canal

Contractors on behalf of Western Power Distribution will be replacing electricity poles and overhead lines in Denford Village, including those crossing the Leek branch and towpath.

Navigation and towpath will remain open but traffic may be asked to wait until it is safe to pass these works.

Warning signs and banksmen will be used.

Please approach with caution and follow instructions given by contractors.

Please also be advised that Stillwater Cottage moorings will be affected. There will be some noise and disruption during the works and power supplies may also be affected.
