- We are sorry to advise that this restriction is being removed from the winter works programme. Our design development work to date has identified the need for more site investigations requiring third party access agreements and more detailed design work to ensure the most effective repair. The site investigations can be completed without any restrictions to navigation, and alongside the detailed design work, will be completed in early 2023 to enable this project to be rescheduled into the winter works programme for 2023.
