Bird mesh installation and brickwork repairs have been completed on 01/07/22. However, pontoon suppliers won't be able to remove the pontoon until 08/07/22 so pontoon will remain to one side of the central pier until then.

Navigation traffic will be restricted to single lane traffic through the site until 08/07/22. Banksmen and signage will be utilised to manage canal traffic. We kindly remind boaters to take extra care when passing this section.

The northern towpath will be open on 01/07/22.
