We would like to inform you that this restriction will now be superseded with a 4 day stoppage.
The hope was that we could replace the stop gate under a restriction. However, the gate has now collapsed and fallen into the canal which means our team need to install stop planks and dewater the canal to carry out the gate replacement.
We thank you for your understanding and hope that this change doesn’t cause any inconvenience.

Winding Holes Updated.
Description
A restriction of the navigation is required for replacement of the stop gate.
Please note that the canal will be closed from 10am until 2pm each day.
Passage is advised before 10am or after 2pm.
