We would like to advise our customers that works will be continuing Lock 3 until 03/03/2023. However, our team have removed equipment and fencing so that Lock 2 will be passable for boaters by the end of today 24/02/2023. Please take care when passing the lock as our team will be working on Lock 3. After 03/03/2023 both locks will be open.

Upstream winding hole updated.

Description

A stoppage is required to carry out replacement of the top & bottom gates.

We will also be carrying out repair works to the lock ladders and coping.

Please note that throughout the duration of this stoppage, Lock 2 will not be passable. This is to ensure our Team on site can work safely.
