We are sorry to advise that an extension is required for this stoppage. The work being undertaken has proved to be more complex than expected, especially with the installation of the timber quoins. This stoppage is now due to end on 03/03/2023. We will be shortening the works taking place at Bridge 1, Leedhams to also end on 03/03/2023 so that boats can get through this section.
We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause.

We would like to update our customers that an additional 2 weeks is required to complete these planned works. Due to a short delay in gate manufacturing and then the recent weather conditions, the navigation froze over which caused a further delay in getting the lock gates to site. These works will now be completed on 24/02/2023.
