Due to failure of the fabric dam and other unforeseen issues Land & Water have come across during construction works the anticipated end date of these works is 31/07/2022.
The fabric dam as consequence will need to be in place until the end of the works.
Signage and buoys will be utilised to manage canal traffic.
We kindly remind boating customers to follow signage and directions given on site.
Please take extra care when passing through this area.

There has been a delay in construction due to issues with clay and the fabric dam will need to be in place until the end of the works (17/06/2022).
